All items can be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. The returned item must be in new/original condition (unwashed, unworn) with all tags and original packaging attached. Any items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not possible. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place your new order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return labels or refund shipping fees are not provided.
Return packages are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by me. I strongly recommend that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
I’m trying to make sure no mistakes are made with your order, however if the item you received is incorrect, defective or missing, please contact me within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
Once I receive your return, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. I’ll send you an email when I have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Please send all returns to the address found on your original package or in the return form. All returns must include the completed return form that you can download from here.
